Responsibilities:
- Transport fresh, frozen, and refrigerated products to customers along assigned routes.
- Complete daily routes efficiently and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Verify orders, delivery paperwork, and customer instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Collect payments, obtain delivery confirmations, and complete required documentation.
- Use ELD systems and other technology to track driving hours, inspections, and route activity.
- Follow DOT regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Report safety issues, vehicle maintenance needs, incidents, and customer feedback.
- Maintain safe driving practices and actively prevent accidents.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience as a CDL A driver.
- Willing to travel out of town weekly and lift up to 110 lbs.
- Willing to get Composite or steel-toe shoes.
- No serious tickets or accidents in the last 3 years.
- DOT Medical Card/physical required. We can sponsor your medical card if you do not have one (subject to terms and conditions).
- No DWI/DUI in the last 10 years.
- Ability to communicate in English required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete the E-Verify employment verification process.
