Job Description
You’ve built things before. You like translating blueprints into real hardware. And you want predictable hours with options. If that sounds like you, here’s what we’re offering in Richardson, TX with PDS Tech Commercial, Inc.
What’s the work?- Build custom test fixtures, rack-mount cabinets, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Read and apply mechanical drawings, blueprints, and customer specs.
- Use hand/power tools and verify workmanship meets quality standards.
- 1st Shift (Mon–Thu): 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift (Mon–Thu): 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun): 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rate: $19 – $22/hour (based on experience & shift)
- Perks: $19.00–$20.90/hr with overtime potential
- Experience: At least 6 months in mechanical assembly.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required & verified).
- Core strengths: Attention to detail, basic computer skills, team mindset.
- Physical readiness: Able to stand, handle materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a production setting.
Screening: Background check and drug screening required.
