Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Utica, Illinois
Duration: 08/24/2026 – 09/18/2026
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: $56/hour (W2 only)
Overview:Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients improve function and mobility.
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Document all patient encounters accurately using EPIC electronic medical records.
Full-time schedule with 40 guaranteed hours per week.
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois.
Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
EPIC experience is required.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
