Job Summary:

Clarion Nursing and Rehab, a leading provider of short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care options, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a PTA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from short-stay rehabilitation to long-term care, in a peaceful and positive atmosphere that fosters health and healing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations

• Provide supportive care and education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical therapy interventions and outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment plans, progress, and outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment of patients

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude in the workplace

• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Certification in Pennsylvania
