Physical Therapist - Licensed/Registered - Days - Northport, AL

• Location: Northport, AL

• Shift: Days - 8:00a-4:30p; M-F 

• Weekends:  one weekend

• Holidays:  as required

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Hours: 40 hours

• Compensation:  up to $2,295/week (40 hours) 

• EMR:  Meditech

Requirements:

• Current AL Physical Therapist License in the State of Alabama or Compact License

• Maintains active status with license in good standing with the state board or licensing agency

• Preferred along with PT. OT and SLP licenses

• BLS (AHA or Red Cross) required

• 2 years’ experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty
