CDL-A Truck Driver - Dry Van | Home Most Nights | Avg $1,800-$2,000/Week

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated retail dry van fleet serving Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. This semi-local position offers consistent miles, strong weekly earnings, late-model equipment, and the opportunity to be home most nights.

Pay & Compensation

• Earn $1,800–$2,000 per week
• $0.75 CPM (includes performance incentive)
• $20 stop pay (excluding first and last stop)
• $35 pallet jack unload pay per load
• Weekly mileage averages 1,900–2,000 miles
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
• $500 Paid Orientation

Home Time & Schedule

• Home most nights
• Occasional overnight 10-hour resets may be required
• Peak season may require a 6-day work week
• Weekend work required during busy retail seasons (August, November, December, and January)

Job Duties

• Deliver dry van retail freight to store locations
• Average 3–4 stops per load
• Use a pallet jack to unload freight
• Occasional hand unloading required
• Operate liftgate-equipped trailers
• Maintain safe driving practices and accurate delivery paperwork

• 2023–2027 Freightliner tractors
• Automatic transmissions

• Most trucks include refrigerators

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Safe driving record
• Ability to unload freight using a pallet jack and perform occasional hand unloads
• Must have a safe location to park the assigned truck and trailer
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
