Senior Epic Application Analyst – Willow Ambulatory 

Duties: 

• Configure, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic applications, with an emphasis on Willow Ambulatory.
• Analyze clinical and pharmacy workflows and recommend system improvements.
• Work closely with pharmacists, clinicians, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to understand application requirements.
• Perform Epic system builds, modifications, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Epic certification required.
  • Epic Willow certification strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with other relevant Epic certifications may be considered.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working directly with Healthcare Information Systems.
• Experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical and operational workflows.

Highly preferred qualifications: 

• Hands-on Epic build experience.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory build, implementation, optimization, or support experience.
• Pharmacy experience or knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflows.

Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $45.00-$59.00/HR
