Occupational Therapist

Overview:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services focused on improving patients’ independence with daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate ADLs and functional performance

• Develop individualized OT treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions

• Educate patients and caregivers

• Document patient progress

Requirements:

• CA OT license

• SNF experience preferred
