Route Sales / Driver

A Route Sales Driver is needed to support bakery route operations in the Lake Charles, LA area. This is a great opportunity to build your business and grow a career, with potential to become a Buyer. Key requirements for the role include:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable MVR and record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• High School diploma or GED
• Route Sales/Delivery experience is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver bread and bakery products to customers along your designated route in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage inventory and ensure all products are accurately accounted for and properly stocked on your vehicle
• Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products and increase sales along your route
• Provide dependable service and support to customers along your route
• Demonstrate the ability and interest to grow into a Buyer opportunity
