Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) – Pediatrics
Location: Havasu City, AZ
Department: Therapy
Engagement Type: Contract (Contract-to-Perm Potential)
Duration: 13 weeks with potential conversion to perm
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: Flexible (PT must overlap 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM with PTA)
32-hour weekly guarantee, with opportunity to work up to 40 hours
Estimated Pay Rate $66.35 per hour
Estimated Weekly Gross (40 hours) $2,654.00
Active Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license
Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
Experience working with special needs children
Additional Information:
Patient Population: Pediatrics / Special Needs
Session Length: 30–60 minutes
Productivity Expectation:
90 minutes per day for documentation/treatment planning
Remaining hours dedicated to evaluations and treatments
EMR System: Currently Raintree (transitioning to Practice Pro in 2026)
