Equipment Operator/CDL Driver

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator with a valid Class A CDL to join our growing team. This role is critical to supporting our field operations by performing excavation work, material handling, and equipment transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment including backhoes, excavators, forklifts, and skid steers.
• Perform trenching and excavation work for conduit, piping, and electrical installations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and report maintenance needs or hazards.
• Work closely with field teams to support project schedules and site readiness.
• Drive company vehicles and trailers as needed to support job site logistics (Class A CDL required).
