Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clarion Nursing and Rehab

Position Summary:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Clarion Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients. Our team is dedicated to meeting individualized needs, from short-stay rehabilitation to long-term care options, in a peaceful and positive atmosphere. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SLP to join our team on a per diem basis.

About the Role:

As an SLP at Clarion Nursing and Rehab, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and treating residents and patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills

  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and rehab therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

  • Conducting evaluations and treatments in a variety of settings, including individual and group settings

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans and progress

Requirements:

  • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification in Pennsylvania
