UandW Enterprise is HIRING! Full-Time CDL Class A Drivers to drive regional routes. This position is ideal for Class A CDL drivers seeking consistent weekly pay, full time miles, and 100% Drop and Hook, no touch freight-so you can focus on driving, not loading.

Schedule

• Full-time position: Guaranteed 40+ hours every week
• 4 days on / 3 days off - Solo 2 role designed for work-life balance
• Consistent weekly schedules provided in advance so you always know your route
• Pre-planned round trip itineraries with confirmed departure and return legs - no more waiting on dispatch for backhauls

Pay and Benefits

• $1,200-$1,800 per week, depending on route and performance
• Unlimited overtime available
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
• Weekly direct deposit for fast, reliable pay

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes with consistency and professionalism
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations to maintain compliance and safety
• Complete thorough pre trip and post trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and company systems to meet delivery timelines
• Deliver freight safely to designated locations while maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Must pass a pre employment drug screening
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Felons accepted - offense must be 7+ years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ELD systems
• Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service (HOS)
• Proven track record of being punctual, reliable, and safety focused

Experience

• Verifiable commercial truck driving experience with a valid Class A CDL license.
