Senior Caregiver

Seeking a full-time, live-in companion for an elderly female transitioning home from a rehabilitation center after a fall. Must be willing to pass a Level 2 AHCA background check to be paid through Medicaid Participant-Directed care. She uses a walker. She has recovered from throat cancer and speaks slowly which requires patience. We are offering a private bedroom and private bathroom free of charge. Services may include: some meal preparation, light housekeeping, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance. The level of care may be less once she is home. At the care facility she does not have opportunities for independence though her leg is completely healed from the fall.
