Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I have Charcot foot although I'm not diabetic. I have an open ulcer that is I have an open ulcer that is not healing because I must walk and drive with that foot. I have no family in this area. My doctor wants to put me back in a suspended full cast again which worked last time. I will need rides 2 days every 3-4 weeks until it heals. I will also occasionally need to stop for meds. About the care needs: Would like to get there and back without being killed by a crazy driver.
