Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Im looking for a reliable, caring caregiver who can provide flexible support, ideally Thursday through Monday, including weekends. My work sometimes requires me to travel, so Im looking for someone dependable who can help with my son when Im away. He plays baseball and is active with his team, so help with transportation to practices and games may be needed. He generally does not have much homework, but I would love someone who enjoys working with children and can provide tutoring, reading, and extra academic support when needed. Im looking for someone patient, responsible, energetic, and nurturing who can keep him on a good routine while also making sure he has fun and feels comfortable.
