Nanny Needed

We are a family with 3 kids looking for some extra hands when my husband travels for work. Please note, the mother will be home, too, but with baby twins and an active almost-3-year-old, we'll need to divide and conquer. This is an as needed/backup type of job with a few evenings per month (think 5-8/9pm), and then occasional daytime help for preschool closures and vacations. Looking for someone who lives locally and is hoping to pick up extra hours and is flexible. Must be outgoing and comfortable with a busy house and dog.
