Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

My sweet baby boy was born in July this year, and I have been loving every moment with him. I have to start back working and am looking for a nanny who can come to my house twice a week to help with some house work and also help care for my baby. I will be working from home, but need assistance with household things that I am not able to maintain at the moment.
