House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Alameda home needs a part-time house cleaner. I am looking for a reliable, independent house cleaner for a recurring monthly service. My main priority is finding one consistent person who I can build a trusted, long-term working relationship with. Prefer that they bring their own supplies and equipment. Home Details: 1, 800 sq. ft; 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half-bathroom. Frequency: Once a month, standard cleaning with focus on floors, baths, and high traffic areas. Sometimes I may request additional service like changing linens, baseboard and cabinet wipe downs, etc. thanks!
