Forklift Operator - Now Hiring

We’re Hiring Forklift Operators lll  | Lunenburg, MA

Pay Rate: $21.76 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday through Friday with possible overtime
Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and focused Forklift Operators to join our Shipping Team in Lunenburg, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading trailers, tracking products, and ensuring materials are moved efficiently throughout the warehouse. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily shipping operations in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and complete safety checklists
• Load and unload trailers according to production and customer requirements
• Move, track, and store materials while preventing product damage
• Use RF scanners to process receipts, returns, and deliveries
• Complete shipping and inventory documentation accurately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Forklift certification within the last 12 months is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
