CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
THIS IS A "WORK FROM HOME" POSITION. HOWEVER, CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN THE CENTRAL OHIO GEOGRAPHIC REGION.
YOU MUST MEET SPECIFIC INTERNET CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS IN ADDITION TO THE POSTED JOB REQUIREMENTS.
Receiving incoming phone calls from client locations requesting assistance with processes and set up.
Client provides a laptop and headset with all of the necessary software and support features.

REQUIREMENTS:
Customer Service skills - minimum of 1-year prior experience in a Call Center environment.
Excellent communication skills; speaking, listening, computer logging.
Good computer literacy with database software. Previous use of "Salesforce" is a +.
Quiet, uninterrupted environment to work & receive phone calls.
Ability to learn and utilize training quickly.
Professional attitude.
Some previous college experience is a +.
Clean criminal background is required.
