Underground Utility Laborer

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team installing water mains and repairing/replacing water services. This position offers hands-on work in the field and the opportunity to grow within a well-established utility construction company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation of water main systems

Repair and replace residential and commercial water services

Operate hand tools and assist with construction equipment

Perform excavation support, trench work, and site preparation

Maintain a safe and clean job site

Work alongside crew members, foremen, and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications

Experience in underground utilities, water/sewer, or construction preferred (but not required)

Willingness to learn and work in outdoor conditions

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, standing for extended periods)

Valid drivers license preferred

Strong work ethic and reliability
