Compensation: $40–$50/hour (contract); competitive salary upon conversion

We are hiring a Data Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to a full-time offer based on performance and fit. Start on a contract basis and grow into a permanent role on our analytics team.

●      Analyze business data to support key departmental and company-wide initiatives

●      Build and maintain reports and dashboards during the contract period

●      Work closely with the team to understand priorities and reporting standards

●      Validate and clean data across relevant systems

●      Document processes and findings for consistency and future reference

●      Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and strong analytical judgment to support conversion to full-time

●      0-1 year of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

●      Strong SQL skills required

●      Proficiency with a BI/visualization tool

●      Strong communication and collaboration skills

●      Interest in a long-term, full-time position

●      Comfortable ramping up quickly in a new environment
