Job Description
At Exceptional Touch Home Health LLC, we provide compassionate, dignified and high-quality care to our clients. We are seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team to assist individuals with daily living activities, foster independence, and deliver meaningful companionship in the safe home environment
Key Responsivities:
*Personal care assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
*Daily Living support: Help with mobility, transferring, light housekeeping, laundry and prepare a nutritious meal or two.
*Medication Assistances provide timely reminders for prescribed medications
*Health & Safety Monitoring: observe, document, and report changes in client's health, behaviors and physical condition to the coordinator appointments as neededr.
*Transportation: Assist with essential errands, grocery shopping, or medical
