We're seeking a Sheet Metal BIM-to-Field Manager in Honolulu to connect BIM coordination, fabrication detailing, and field installation on commercial mechanical projects.

Impact

Responsibilities

• Manage the full BIM-to-fabrication-to-field workflow for sheet metal scope.
• Coordinate VDC teams, the fabrication shop, and field installers.
• Review and approve fabrication-ready models and shop drawings.
• Oversee clash detection and resolution across mechanical trades.
• Support field layout with model-based coordination and point cloud data.
• Track prefabrication schedules and material flow to sites.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain as-builts.

Must-Haves

• Ten or more years in sheet metal mechanical construction.
• Deep understanding of the BIM-to-fab-to-field workflow.
• Strong knowledge of ductwork fabrication and installation.
• Experience with Autodesk fabrication tools.

Nice-to-Haves

• Point cloud and laser scanning experience.
• Background running a prefabrication shop.

Compensation and Logistics
