As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will play a meaningful role in supporting children and adolescents by delivering person-centered behavioral health services and helping patients navigate care with compassion and consistency.

As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will provide hands-on support to patients while collaborating closely with the care team to deliver coordinated and effective behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide real-time assistance and support to children and adolescents, including those on the autism spectrum
- Develop and implement individualized, person-centered care plans aligned with patient goals and treatment plans
- Conduct outreach calls, including appointment reminders and follow-ups for missed visits
- Co-facilitate educational and support groups under clinical supervision
- Collaborate with care teams to support assessments, service planning, and care coordination
- Connect patients with community resources and address social determinants of health barriers
- Support care gap closure and contribute to efforts that reduce hospitalizations through coordinated care
- Maintain clear, accurate communication with patients and care team members
- Perform all duties within scope and support overall program goals
- Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to care
- Professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive situations

- Experience with de-escalation techniques
