Location: Germantown, WI

Pay: Up to $45/hr + 5% annual bonus

Shifts:

• Main St.: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 3-2-3 AWS schedule
• Freistad: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support a food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment reliability across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, packaging, processing, robotics, and automation systems.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Repair and maintain pumps, valves, conveyors, fillers, case erectors, and production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
• Use diagnostic tools such as vibration meters and laser alignment equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders using a CMMS.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), GMP, and other safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and reliable plant operations.
