Senior Team Member

• Support Shift Leaders and Managers with daily operations.
• Take charge of food preparation, line operations, and guest service during peak hours.
• Maintain Moe’s high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example on every shift.
• Train and support new team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or Older.
• Minimum 5 months of kitchen or restaurant experience (required).
• Cooking experience is a plus!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, reliable, and energetic attitude.
• Passion for guest service and fresh, flavorful food.
