Brand Associate

We are seeking a Brand Associate to support customer-facing brand initiatives and help create positive, consistent interactions between the company and its audience. This position involves direct communication with customers, providing information about products and services, supporting brand activities, and representing the organization professionally during scheduled programs and initiatives.

The Brand Associate will work as part of a team to ensure customers receive accurate information and a welcoming experience while helping maintain the presentation and standards of the brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Engage with customers and provide a friendly, professional experience

• Answer general customer questions and provide additional information when needed
