My mom (83) Bed bound Losing eyesight Can perform limited ADLs (can dress, feed, wipe down) Needs medication prompting My Sister (50) Aphasia Limited mobility. Can walk with assistance. Uses wheelchair for the most part Requires medication administration Can perform ADLs Requires supervised cooking They are both pretty independent Requires assistance with light housekeeping/grocery shopping, and medical appointments when needed.
