Babysitter - Now Hiring

My baby is 7-month-old. I need a in-home babysitter I can take him to at least 3 days per week for 8 hours at most while I work. I only work in the mornings. I need someone who is caring, kind and genuinely loves what they do. I would like him to have minimal screentime and to focus on age appropriate activities that benefits his development while staying on schedule.
