Inside Sales Representative - Tractors & Agricultural Equipment

Atlantic & Southern Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell new and used tractors, agricultural equipment, and related products. This is a salary-plus-commission position requiring a minimum 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with scheduling flexibility when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Sell new and used tractors and agricultural equipment
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and online sales channels
• Manage leads, customer accounts, and sales opportunities
• Maintain and monitor whole-goods inventory
• Coordinate with team members across Atlantic & Southern Equipment locations
• Manage multiple responsibilities and customer needs
• Guide opportunities through the sales process and close business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agricultural equipment or tractor sales experience
• Experience with web-based or online selling
• Understanding of account management
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across locations
