SHIP STORE ASSOCIATE

Position Summary

The Ship Store Associate provides friendly, professional service to Port 32 members and guests while assisting with daily Ship Store, fuel, boat rental, and marina operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate the Ship Store POS and process sales, payments, and fuel transactions.
• Communicate with dock staff regarding boat launches, arrivals, departures, and fuel activity.
• Assist with reservations and check-ins.
• Assist with boat rental check-ins, returns, and customer questions.
• Monitor Ship Store inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Answer and respond to Ship Store emails and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily forms and reconciliations.
• Provide a welcoming experience that reflects the standards of Port 32 Naples.

Customer Service

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with members, guests, and coworkers.
• Follow up with members and co-workers to ensure a job is completed.
• Protect member information and maintain confidentiality.

Other Duties

Perform other duties as assigned to support the daily operations of Port 32 Naples.

The goal is simple: provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, follow safety procedures, and help keep the marina running smoothly.
