Paralegal – Litigation, Real Estate & Estate Planning
A well-established small law firm in Manchester, Kentucky is seeking a dependable, motivated, and highly organized Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful work, a fast-paced environment, and the variety that comes with working across several areas of law.
Our firm handles a high volume of cases while maintaining the personal, collaborative environment of a smaller practice. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys and clients on matters involving:
- Personal Injury
- Wrongful Death
- Medical Malpractice
- Real Estate
- Wills & Estate Planning
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may vary depending on experience and may include:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and ongoing case management
- Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents and correspondence
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, medical providers, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
- Track deadlines, appointments, court dates, and case-related documentation
- Request and organize medical records, billing records, and other supporting documentation
- Assist with discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and preparation of legal documents
- Support real estate matters and transaction-related documentation as needed
- Assist with wills, estate planning documents, and related client files
- Help ensure cases continue moving forward efficiently in a high-volume practice
- Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys and other team members
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Prior experience working in a law office or as a paralegal is preferred, particularly experience involving litigation or one of the firm’s practice areas. However, we are also willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building a career in the legal field.

Paralegal education, certification, or previous legal experience is beneficial but not required for an exceptional candidate with the right skills and willingness to learn.
