The Junior Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting business initiatives by gathering and analyzing data to help drive informed decisions. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and ensure project goals are met effectively. Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
- Support the development of business cases and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Participate in testing and validation of business solutions.
- Maintain documentation of business processes and requirements.
