If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job is expected to begin as part-time and transition to full-time quickly.

What You'll Do

As an Overnight Cleaning Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple restaurant locations during overnight operations while supporting your team in the field.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and motivate overnight cleaning crews.
  • Ensure all restaurants are cleaned to company quality standards.
  • Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees.
  • Assist with scheduling and daily work assignments.
  • Conduct quality inspections and address service issues.
  • Maintain inventory; request consumables/equipment on schedule.
  • Ensure all employees follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Step in and assist with cleaning whenever operational needs require, cannot be afraid to roll up their own sleeves and get their hands dirty
  • Train on and follow our chemical procedures including mixing ratios, storage protocols, and safe use methods
  • Plan nightly tasks; ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and supplies.
  • Enforce company and client safety, security, and quality standards (PPE required).
  • Track attendance; report issues and performance to the Manager.
  • Serve as the communication link between management, staff, and clients.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  • Complete required daily/weekly/monthly reports and schedules.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities services.
  • 5+ years of commercial cleaning experience.
  • Floor care expertise: able to strip and wax floors (including set-up, chemical use, machine operation, and finish application).
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)—reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Physically able to walk, lift, bend, and handle equipment for the full shift.
  • Basic computer literacy (scheduling, reporting, email).
  • Background check and references required upon hiring.

A Standard Night:

You’ll pack the van with the tools, cleaning supplies, and equipment needed to service a commercial kitchen, and head over to site one after the restaurant closes.

Your team spreads out with a clear plan based off the training they’ve received from either our trainers (at first), or you (once you’re fully onboarded). You break down equipment, scrub what the day’s service left behind, and restore every surface to inspection‐ready condition. Fryers, ovens, grills, stainless, floors, walls, drains, every area gets the attention it needs to be spotless by morning.

You keep the pace, support your crew, and make sure the work is done thoroughly and safely. Throughout the evening, you may go between multiple sites to oversee your crews and ensure everything is up to company standards.

When the kitchen is cleaner than when you arrived and everything is ready for the opening shift, you load up, close out, and head home, ready to do it again the next day.

Competencies

  • Strong communication and client-service skills.
  • Organized, reliable, proactive; able to lead and motivate teams.
  • Safety-minded with high attention to detail and results.

Schedule

  • Overnight shift (primary) with occasional day/evening availability for client walk-throughs depending on client needs
