Inside Sales Representative

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Provide support to customer requests for inbound calls and emails
• Create and review quotation documents and purchase orders
• Enter new orders into our job tracking system
• Act as the primary contact between Operations and customers on jobs
• Support staff on assigned project-based work
• Quote repairs, new equipment, & parts and follow up
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous AC/DC Motor experience highly desired
• Servo Motor experience highly desired
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Functional Microsoft Office skills
• Moderate understanding of industry trends, market forces and customer expectations
• Basic product knowledge and applications
• Phone etiquette for customer interaction

Education:

• High School Diploma & work experience (Required)
• Associated degree in related field (Preferred)
