Equipment Technician

Location: Fort Worth / Alliance Area
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are hiring an Equipment Technician to support production and engineering operations. This position is responsible for equipment and tool inventory, asset tracking, maintenance coordination, purchasing support, and ensuring equipment is available and properly documented.

Responsibilities

• Manage tools, equipment, and fixture requests, returns, transfers, and issuance
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records
• Perform inventory audits and physical counts
• Monitor equipment availability and usage
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, repairs, purchasing, and disposal
• Track equipment-related costs and expenses
• Work with vendors and internal departments on quotes and purchasing needs
• Maintain work instructions, records, and equipment documentation
• Assist with internal and external audits

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment administration, inventory control, asset management, warehouse operations, or similar work
• Experience with ERP, inventory tracking, or asset management systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Manufacturing or production support experience preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working with inventory and equipment data
