Industrial Services Foreman – Hydroblasting

Pay: $26–$28 per hour

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an IS Foreman / Crew Leader to lead industrial service crews and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer and company standards.

The Foreman is responsible for planning daily work, directing crew members, operating industrial cleaning equipment, maintaining job documentation, and providing professional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise industrial service crews at customer job sites
• Plan and coordinate daily crew activities and job assignments
• Operate and oversee hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to procedures
• Complete and review job paperwork and required documentation
• Train and develop equipment technicians
• Communicate professionally with customers and site personnel
• Maintain company safety, environmental, and operating standards
• Perform additional field duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial cleaning experience
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Experience with hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver requirements
