Now Hiring – CNC Swiss Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced and dependable CNC Swiss Machine Operator to join our team. Day and night shift.  The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC Swiss-type machines, can read and interpret blueprints, and is comfortable using precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Swiss machines safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections
• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company quality and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Swiss machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• CNC setup/programming experience is a plus
