Roadside Assistance Operator

We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded Roadside Service Operator to join our team. This position responds to roadside service calls and provides assistance to customers with disabled vehicles, including tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to roadside service calls and provide professional customer assistance
• Perform services including jump starts, tire changes, tire inflation, fuel delivery, lockouts, battery assistance, and basic roadside repairs
• Work on tractor-trailers, commercial vehicles, and passenger vehicles
• Safely operate company service vehicles and equipment
• Work safely around traffic and disabled vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and other personnel
• Complete service paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Keep the service vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and properly maintained

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Experience working on tractor-trailers, commercial vehicles, or diesel equipment
• Previous towing or roadside service experience is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to safely lift and handle roadside equipment
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call shifts as needed
