About the Role:
Nash Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Superintendent to lead our field operations in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing field operations across multiple job sites in the Phoenix area
- Manage, mentor, and schedule plumbing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Review blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on rough-in, underground, and finish plumbing work
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to maintain project timelines
- Ensure all work complies with local Phoenix/Arizona plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies
- Track material procurement, equipment needs, and job site inventory to prevent delays
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and construction scheduling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
