About this job
Job Description
$18–24/hr to Start | Overtime Most Weeks | Bonus Per Project | Referral Bonus
If you show up on time, work hard without being told twice, and want a crew that actually pays you what you're worth, you'll fit in here.
We're growing our excavation team, converting crawl spaces into full basements using specialized electric excavation equipment and hands-on steel work. This is real trade experience, the kind you can build a career on.
Pay, in plain numbers
Starts at $18 to $24 an hour based on experience. Most weeks run 55 to 65 hours with overtime built in, not something you have to fight for, which typically brings weekly pay to $1,100 to $1,800. We pay on time, every time, no exceptions.
Know someone good?
Bring them onto the crew and get a $500 referral bonus once they've completed 90 days on the job.
Spanish and English speakers are both welcome on this crew. If Spanish is your first language, that's not a barrier here, it's a plus.
What You'll Do
- Operate or assist with electric excavation equipment
- Dig and remove soil from crawl spaces
- Move materials and support the crew
- Keep the job site organized and safe
- Learn the basement conversion process from experienced builders and certified welders
Who Does Well Here
- Shows up reliable and ready to work
- Works safely and takes pride in the job
- Wants to learn a real trade
- Comfortable on a team that pushes hard
Construction or labor experience helps. No experience? We'll train the right person.
What You'll Get
- Paid on time, every time
- Bonus opportunity on every completed project
- Referral bonus for bringing on good people
- Overtime almost every week for those who want to earn more
- Real training in a specialized trade
- Steady work on a growing crew
