Delivery Driver/Utility

Rocktech Systems is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. May be required to help in the shipping area with packaging and labeling of product. Able to be flexible to delivery demands and other shop work as necessary. When there are no deliveries to be made, it will be required that you help out in our shop. 

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are correct and complete
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from company van
• Providing excellent customer service, and answering questions when at businesses
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operating equipment and machines, such as forklifts, etc.
• Other tasks, but not limited to, cleaning, building maintenance and machine operation

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Two years of experience preferred
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Attention to detail.
