Location: Columbia, SC

Pay and Compensation

• Starting base salary: $1,475 biweekly
• Overtime: Additional fluctuating workweek overtime pay
• Auto allowance: $120 biweekly
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.28 per mile

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day workweek
• Saturday and Sunday availability is required
• Two scheduled days off during the week
• Start time: 6:00AM
• Routes typically finish between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, depending on completion time

Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Merchandiser to service customer locations throughout the Columbia area.

This is an active, hands-on position responsible for stocking products, rotating inventory, organizing back stock, and maintaining clean, attractive displays. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and building positive relationships with store personnel.

Important: You must use your own reliable vehicle to travel between customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products at assigned customer locations
• Maintain clean and orderly shelves, coolers, displays, and back-stock areas
• Rotate products and remove damaged or expired merchandise
• Build and maintain promotional displays and end caps
• Move pallets, shells, and products throughout customer locations
• Assist with merchandising resets and inventory organization
• Communicate professionally with sales representatives, managers, and store personnel
• Follow assigned routes and daily schedules
• Adjust to changing store and route needs when necessary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle with current proof of insurance
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move heavier products with equipment assistance
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and weekend availability
