Location: Fort Worth / Alliance Area
Pay: $33.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Training till 5pm 1st week)
Night Shift: TBD, $33.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility in the Fort Worth/Alliance area. This position is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining facility utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, plumbing, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor facility and utility systems using FMCS/BMS platforms
- Respond to equipment alarms, utility issues, and system abnormalities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, chilled water, and basic electrical systems
- Assist with equipment startup, shutdown, and emergency response
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors
- Maintain work orders, maintenance records, and operational logs
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and LOTO requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of facility maintenance or operations experience
- Manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or similar facility experience preferred
- Experience with HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
- Familiarity with FMCS, BMS, or SCADA systems preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA and LOTO safety practices
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
