Bank Teller / Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused Bank Teller / Financial Services Representative to join a growing financial institution. This is a fully onsite position supporting customers with everyday banking transactions, account needs, and financial service questions.

The ideal candidate will have previous banking experience along with a strong background in customer service and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other routine banking transactions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in a branch environment.
• Answer questions regarding customer accounts, banking products, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services.
• Support new account openings and other basic account maintenance as needed.
• Process transactions accurately while following all banking policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Protect confidential customer and financial information.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate more complex issues when necessary.
• Meet established customer service, accuracy, and sales/referral goals.
• Assist with additional branch responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Previous banking, credit union, or financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Previous teller, personal banker, financial services representative, or similar branch experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Sales or relationship-building experience highly preferred.
• Comfortable discussing and recommending banking products and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Reliable attendance and professional appearance.
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite.

Schedule

• Fully onsite.
• Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Saturdays are mandatory.
• Schedule will be adjusted throughout the week to maintain approximately 40 hours.
• Saturday hours are typically 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Ideal Background

Candidates with experience as a Bank Teller, Personal Banker, Universal Banker, Member Service Representative, Financial Services Representative, Relationship Banker, or similar banking/customer-facing role are encouraged to apply.
