Talent Corps is hiring experienced Commercial & Industrial Painters for a long-term opportunity with the potential to become DIRECT HIRE!

LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX 76155
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday
1ST SHIFT: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2ND SHIFT: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

JOB SUMMARY

The Facility Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of interior and exterior building surfaces. This position performs painting, surface preparation, touch-up work, and coating applications to keep facilities safe, functional, and visually appealing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Prepare surfaces by scraping sanding, patching, and cleaning
• Apply paint, stains, primers, sealers, and protective coatings
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Apply primers and sealers to prepared surfaces
• Clean and organize work areas after completing projects
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
• Work toward and complete facility team goals
• Follow all company safety policies and required PPE guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of commercial, industrial, or facility painting experience
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions
• Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen
