Custodian

Join our team as a Custodian Associate and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring all facility areas meet company cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Custodian Hours:

7:00am-3:30pm M-F

Custodian Pay Rate:

$14/hourly

Custodian Job Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse and facility
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management
• Properly handle, use, and store cleaning products and chemicals according to safety guidelines
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards
• Complete other assigned duties as needed

Custodian Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or warehouse cleaning experience is a plus
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain regular attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

Custodian Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that is not climate controlled
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including heat and cold
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, and industrial environments
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
