What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships, generating business, and guiding customers through the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building
• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, property owners, businesses, insurance professionals, contractors, and other potential referral partners
• Identify new sales opportunities and turn prospects into customers
• Respond quickly and professionally to new leads and customer inquiries
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and explain available restoration solutions
• Build a strong referral network within your local market
• Follow up consistently with prospects, customers, and referral partners
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company software
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through close
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
• Attend networking events, trade shows, expos, and other business-development opportunities
• Represent Central Point Restorations professionally in the community
• Consistently work toward personal sales and revenue goals

Qualifications

• Sales, business development, customer service, insurance, construction, restoration, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with customers and business professionals
• Comfortable prospecting and generating your own leads
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, email, and CRM/software systems
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed
• Valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Must be comfortable working in a 100% commission-based compensation structure

Compensation
